Introducing Volleys & Net Play

Serve & Return Practice + Game Play
Goals: Improve serve and return while applying skills in small matches.

Playing Full Matches & Strategy
Goals: Apply all learned skills in friendly match play.

Additional Beginner Tips

✔ Use softer or slower balls (red, orange, or green dot) for easier learning.
