Darko Byrd Academy Camp Policies
Assumption of Risk
Participation in tennis training, drills, camps, and competitions involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
• Falls or slips
• Being struck by tennis balls or racquets
• Muscle strains or injuries
• Heat exhaustion or dehydration
• Injuries caused by other participants
By allowing my child to participate in Darko Byrd Tennis Academy and Summer Camp programs, I acknowledge these risks and voluntarily assume responsibility for them.
Player Conduct Policy
Parents and players understand that:
• Players must follow the coach’s instructions at all times
• Unsportsmanlike behavior may result in dismissal
• Proper tennis attire and hydration are required
By allowing my child to participate in Darko Byrd Tennis Academy and Summer Camp programs, I acknowledge and accept the conduct policy.
