As the parent or legal guardian, by clicking this box, I hereby grant Darko/Byrd Tennis Academy the irrevocable right and permission to use photographs and/or video recordings of my child taken at the Darko/Byrd Tennis Academy or Tennis events in any of its publications, including but not limited to, website content, social media, marketing materials, and promotional efforts.

I understand and agree that these materials will become the property of Darko/Byrd Tennis Academy and will not be returned. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my child’s likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of my child’s image or recording.

I release and discharge Darko/Byrd Tennis Academy and its representatives from any claims, demands, and causes of action that I, my child, my heirs, representatives, or assigns may have against them related to this release.
